IT Tender exists to help street children of Manila become self-reliant, to find value and hope, and to teach responsible living. They currently run three projects that help them fulfill this vision:

1.  Sponsor a Child Now!

• The Hakbang (Footsteps) Program helps children receive a formal education.  Just $20 a month will help a child renew his/her dreams and continue his/her education.
• The Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program helps youth ages 12 and older to finish their secondary level education.  This program is in partnership with the Philippines Department of Education - helping kids that have dropped out of school to re-start their education and graduate.
• The Daycare Center provides education for kids ages 4-7 that have never attended a regular school.  The goal of this program is to help the children develop academically and to provide them and their families with life skills training and encouragement.

2.   Night Life Project

This program is aimed at street children - providing them with food, vitamins, medical assistance, hygiene items and counseling.

3.  Partnership Project

This project runs in cooperation with Feed My Starving Children, providing food packets that are offered to local partners of IT Tender. These food packets make a porridge that contains 20 vital vitamins and minerals that is fed to children ages 4-12 that suffer from malnutrition. Not only do they feed the children, but they help to education the parents about nutrition and life skills.
 
This project’s current needs are: Funds for medical care and supplies, a vehicle for food delivery and funds for additional food supplies.
